We collect account details you provide (such as name, email, company details, and team member information), plus workflow data needed to operate lender onboarding, borrower invites, and decisioning.
2. Financial Data Context
When borrower financial connections are used in LoanWisely workflows, we process the resulting insights and report data needed for readiness scoring and lender review experiences.
3. How We Use Information
We use data to deliver platform functionality, support lender decision workflows, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that help us run LoanWisely (hosting, analytics, and infrastructure), under confidentiality and security controls.
5. Security and Retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data. We retain information only as long as needed for service operation, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes.

You may request updates or deletion of account information where applicable. Team administrators can manage member access directly from the lender portal.
