Terms of Service

1. Service Overview
LoanWisely helps lenders invite borrowers, review readiness metrics, and manage intake workflows before underwriting. We also provide lender-facing views for borrower connections, reports, and team access.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for your lender account, team member access, and all activity under your workspace. Keep credentials secure and promptly remove access for users who should no longer have it.
3. Acceptable Use
You may only use the platform for legitimate lending and borrower-intake workflows. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
4. Data and Integrations
LoanWisely may process lender data and borrower financial insights made available through connected systems (including Plaid-driven workflows). You confirm you have a lawful basis to use and review that data in your lending process.
5. Subscription and Billing
Certain features require an active subscription. Fees, billing cycle, and plan limits are shown during signup or in your account. Non-payment may result in restricted access.
6. Availability and Changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve, update, or discontinue features over time.
